My Internship Asia Ltd., as a reminder that on 1st June 2022 (the “Effective Date”), Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) (“PDPA”) will come into force in its entirety.
As the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) also applies to personal data collected prior to the PDPA’s entry into force, please be informed that My Internship Asia (MIA) will automatically keep your contact details including email address, name and last name, and company details, on our mailing list.
Your data was received by MIA as a result of you either registering, submitting your information through our social media channels, contacting our office staff, or subscribing to regular updates via the website. We have collected, used, and disclosed your personal data. Which, such processing activities would rely on your consent. However, if you would like to stop receiving emails from MIA and revoke your consent for MIA to keep and use your data to contact you for MIA events and updates, please send an email to info@myinternshipasia.com. Your personal data will shortly be deleted once the opt-out notice request is received.
Please note that your data is kept in MIA’s CRM system, please see here for MIA’s Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. MIA uses services provided by HubSpot for a Secure Private Cloud Database with Integrated Applications managing all Email and subscribers.
